A Love that Transcends Human Comprehension: Family Reflection Video

"You can go," said the officer, "but it's not worth it. Your friend is probably killed, and you will throw your own life away."

This moving story of the soldier brought to mind something Jesus said.

“Love one another as I love you. No one has greater love than this, to lay down one's life for one's friends.” John 15:12-13.

We did not chose Jesus, rather he chose us. But why? We are chosen:

To complete our joy
To love as Jesus loved
To be a friend of Jesus
To be His ambassador

We have no choice in the matter. We have no choice but to love.
