Are You Blessed?: Family Reflection Video

Strengthening family unity

"Stop worrying about how stressed you are and start remembering how blessed you are."

It's easy to wonder how less fortunate people so often manage to have a positive outlook when it seems as though they don't have much to be thankful for. Jesus reminds us today to remember how blessed we are, and to think about how we use these blessings. Every now and then it's good for us to stop and spend five minutes making a list of how God has blessed our families and each of us.

Much like we wish to reciprocate an act of thoughtfulness, we can deepen our friendship with God by realizing how blessed we are in the smallest ways.

Are you aware of the blessings God has given you? How do you thank God for the blessings in your life?
