Are You Born Again? Family Reflection Video

Strengthening family unity  |  Return to the Church

Friends, in today’s Gospel, Jesus tells us that no one can enter the kingdom of God without being born of water and Spirit.

About ten years ago, Boston College professor and Catholic convert, Peter Keefe was speaking to a room full of young writers. He told this room full of hopefuls looking for a change in their lives to turn to God. Keefe also cited that he knew exactly when the Lord had changed his life:

It was springtime, in the month of April. Friday afternoon. It was 3:00pm. On a hillside in Jerusalem in the year 33. The moment he died on the Cross.

When Jesus speaks of being born of water and Spirit today, let that spirit fill you. It opens the heart of God and draws us into joy. We are born again with Jesus the Christ each day we let him lead our lives.

How has Jesus entered your life lately?
