Family Reflection Video: Crying for You

Family Reflection Video: Crying for You

“My soap cleans only those to whom it is applied” said the soap maker. The preacher agreed, “It is the same with the gospel!”

Repentance demands a change, a change of heart, a change of life. Repentance can be hard because change is often difficult. When it comes to opening our hearts, the gospel is like soap: only those who use it will know its benefits!

Many parents have raised their children in the church and prayed in the home and end up asking why have they strayed? It is an expression of sadness and sorrow after all that parents have done for their children … loving them, nurturing them and providing them with the best of what they could. It saddens the parents because God’s Word saves us from destruction of soul as well as body.

Let us hear the Word today and be brought closer to God. How can you help strengthen your family’s relationship with God?

May you and your family grow closer to Christ this day!
