Family Reflection Video: Expressing Anger

Family Reflection Video: Expressing Anger

sorrowful  |  peace  |  Reconciliation

We all get angry at times. Anger breeds resentment, bitterness and death. Today Jesus addresses the issue of showing anger towards others.

Anger needs to be controlled. It needs to be expressed adequately, proportionately and in a rational manner. The best way to deal with it is to calmly tell the person that you are angry with, why you are angry and express how you feel towards them. To err is human, to forgive is divine.

Express to your family how anger can be harmful and discuss ways you can reconcile any anger that comes into your home.

I am praying for peace within your family and in your home. God bless you, friends.
