Family Reflection Video: Fighter, Messenger, Healer

Family Reflection Video: Fighter, Messenger, Healer

feast-day  |  healing

What does a team of archangels do?

When the archangels fought the dragon Satan, they did it as a team. Each one brought his gifts from God to the battle, and together they combined their strengths to defeat their foe.

The three archangels are reminders to future priests that they too must be like Michael, fighters for the truth; like Gabriel, messengers of God's Incarnate Son come among us for salvation of all humanity; and healers who accompany God's wounded people like Raphael. This trio of fighters covers a lot of ground and will always have your back.

Patrons of what they fought for, what do you pray to the archangels for today?

May you and your family be filled with the strength of God, the healing of God, and the spirit to fight for God.
