Family Reflection Video: Glorifying God in the Everyday Moments

faithfulness  |  Learn more about our faith  |  10 Commandments

At times we can feel the pull of what the world says is acceptable.

As Christians, we are called to be faithful to God’s law; Jesus’ teaching in the gospel. When we struggle with this, we are encouraged to call upon the Holy Spirit to strengthen and guide us.

When we live in the Spirit of God by following his way, we live a life and teach a life of holiness. Our lives reflect the Glory of God!

When you’re with your family at Mass, remember this when you hear the priest say, “Go in peace, glorifying the Lord by your life.” Perhaps you can give each other a quick smile to show each other you truly understand what this means.

Dear Lord, help me glorify you by my life! May I live this and model this for my family today. Amen.
