Family Reflection Video: God is Our Provider

This personal family story is filled with many emotions. When things seemed hopeless, God was right there to transform the circumstances.

I shared these stories to remind you that God can turn your sorrow into joy. The hardship will be over and no matter what circumstances surround you, God’s love will never cease.

As we approach Christmas, God can give us all the grace for a new start. Are we willing to give a fresh start to members of our family? Are we willing to let go of past failings and start anew?

God’s mercy is available to us in abundance! May it lift you and your family up with joy!

I will praise you, Lord, for you have rescued me! (Psalms 30:2a)

Father Pinto Paul C.S.C., ordained a priest in the Congregation of Holy Cross in 1999, worked with tribal populations in northeast India as a missionary for ten years. In 2010 he came to the US for further studies. While working as a campus minister at Stonehill College, he assisted pastors in local parishes, led seminars and workshops for teachers and students in the US and earned a master’s degree in Educational Administration from Boston College and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Lesley University, Cambridge. He is currently working as the International Director of the Boston-based Holy Cross Family Ministries with missions in 18 countries.
