Family Reflection Video: How to Go Deeper in Prayer

Family Reflection Video: How to Go Deeper in Prayer

inspiration  |  saints

Some beautiful advice for all of us today. This advice comes to us from the 1500’s! You might ask, how could that possibly still apply to us today! You’ll be surprised. And you might have to watch the video again to really appreciate the messages.

Those are certainly inspiring thoughts from Saint Charles Borromeo, wouldn’t you agree? God wants us to go deeper in prayer because God draws near to us in prayer. Don’t just try it. Commit to it and don’t give up.

It’s easy to get distracted when we pray. Our fast-paced life makes it difficult to prioritize our time for prayer. Does Saint Charles Borromeo’s advice help you? Discuss this with your family too. Maybe together you can come up with some new ideas based on his advice to help each other. Have you and your family already discovered something that helps you deepen your prayer lives? If so, let us know here to inspire other families.

The family that prays together stays together. May God’s blessing be upon you and your family today!
