How deeply do you and your family respond to the love Jesus has for you?
There’s no doubt about the authenticity of God’s love for us, but we can continue to work on our love for God and for others. We can strive to make our love increasingly pure … loving God and others as fully as we can.
Tonight I invite you to sit with your family over dinner and discuss some ideas for “loving not in word or speech but in deed and truth” and continue to celebrate Christmas as Christ would have wished.
Thank you for your continued support! Let’s close this reflection in prayer together.
Lord, Your message is so simple:
that we love one another.
Remind each of us to see You in our brothers and sisters
so that our love may be real and sincere.
