Family Reflection Video: Joseph the Dreamer

Family Reflection Video: Joseph the Dreamer

faithfulness  |  strength and hope  |  Lent

Is this Joseph for real? With all that happened to him, how could he not be bitter or resentful? He was accused of being a dreamer yet found the plan of God in his dreams and adhered to it, despite the cost.

Our dreams can help us listen to the voice of God and find his Good news, his grace, his challenge and his forgiveness. It's all waiting for us to discover them … and become even more fully in love with this good God.

Ever get the feeling God is trying to tell you something? God communicates to us in all sorts of ways. Are you paying attention? Talk about this with your family. Do you remember your dreams? Have you ever tried the trick I shared to help you remember them?

Be a dreamer! Let the grace of God from your sleep come to you in the bright light of day. God bless your family and all families around the world.
