“How the years go by! … months are reduced to weeks, weeks to days, days to hours, and hours to seconds …” (St. Francis de Sales) Are we prepared?
Our life is a pilgrimage that spans from birth to death. It’s up to us how we travel it. God can be experienced in every moment of our life. Today we’re reminded of the necessity of our faith … and to be vigilantly prepared. Jesus doesn’t say this to frighten us; rather He wants us to be ready, without any anxiety or fear.
Today is the day! How will you start to “remedy the deficiencies” of your faith today? I offered some examples. Can you think of more? Ask your family to help you. And don’t forget to ask God to help you, too.
I pray the Lord will enter your life and help you “remedy the deficiencies” of your faith. We pray for you and all families at the Father Peyton Center each day.
