Family Reflection Video: Who is this Jesus?

Sitting under a blanket of stars I realized that I’m only a tiny being in this incredible universe. Yet the Son of God cares for each of us immensely. Who is this Jesus?

Jesus spoke the truth with authority and he practiced it with love. When truth and love are mixed together … there is infinite power. Truth and love, when they go together, can liberate so many people.

Reflect with your family on your discipleship to Jesus. Are you simply acknowledging him or are you truly committed to his love? Challenge your family to open up a deeper, dynamic and personal relationship with him.

Let us pray together that your family and all families around the world trust in God and allow Jesus’ love to bring us to true faith. God bless us all.

Father Pinto Paul C.S.C., ordained a priest in the Congregation of Holy Cross in 1999, worked with tribal populations in northeast India as a missionary for ten years. In 2010 he came to the US for further studies. While working as a campus minister at Stonehill College, he assisted pastors in local parishes, led seminars and workshops for teachers and students in the US and earned a master’s degree in Educational Administration from Boston College and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Lesley University, Cambridge. He is currently working as the International Director of the Boston-based Holy Cross Family Ministries with missions in 18 countries.
