Family Reflection Video: Your Purpose in Life

Family Reflection Video: Your Purpose in Life

joyful  |  Luke

We’re all in search of our mission, our unique role in life. But how do we pursue it with the same zeal and purpose that Mary did?

Recounting the joyful Gospel story of Mary’s visitation to her cousin, we’re reminded of Mary’s great role and her passion to pursue God’s purpose for her life. With her “yes” to the Holy Spirit, she became the Mother of the Poor, the Comforter, the Defender and the Advocate.

The Feast of Pentecost is the moment we are all given the fire, the light, the wisdom and knowledge to discover our own role in the great God-drama. When this happens, like Mary, we too rush to serve others. How can you continue to strengthen, comfort and be an advocate for your own family?

I pray that you and your family take on the grace of the Spirit and say “yes” to your call. God bless.
