Let Go and Let God: Family Reflection Video

Strengthening family unity

Is fear of commitment stopping us from following Jesus?

Oswald Chambers said, “Once the call of God comes to you, start going and never stop.”

This reminds us that it is important to dedicate ourselves to our commitments. Whether it be marriage or a vocation to the church, we must be loyal to what we have promised. We have to ask for forgiveness when we fail, and turn to Jesus for renewal no matter what happens.

How can you and your family work harder at staying true to your commitments? What have you promised to yourself and to others?

My friends, today we are invited to pray for the strength to honor our commitments.
