Love is the One Essential Ingredient: Family Reflection Video

Holy lives of inspiration

Faith without love is incomplete…

There is no end to the ways God can move our hearts; witnessing kindness, hearing a song, walking in nature, and so much more. The one thing flowing through all these is our focus today, and that is love.

Love is what makes anything we do meaningful. St. Paul even says “if we speak in angelic tones, but do not have love, I am a resounding gong or clashing cymbal.” If a person, no matter how spiritual, doesn’t have the love of God in their heart, then what they say doesn’t ring true.

Many of you may know from wedding masses the “love is patient, love is kind…love never fails” saying. Love is important in fueling all we do, and we must be living it starting in our famiies.

What do you do to spread love each and every day? How does it impact your family?

We pray for love to reach and take root around the world today.
