“A heart contrite and humbled, O God, you will not spurn.” (Psalm 51:19b)
The Lord is indeed kind and merciful. How blessed we are to have the Sacrament of Reconciliation offered for the forgiveness of sins in the Catholic Church. May we find time throughout Lent to avail ourselves of its graces. Amen.
