“Martha, Martha, you are anxious and worried about many things. There is need of only one thing. Mary has chosen the better part and it will not be taken from her.”

 In the busyness of life, remember Jesus' words to Martha. Focus on what truly matters—making time to spend with Him. Like Mary, choose the better part, nurturing your faith and finding peace amidst the chaos, especially in Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament. Amen.
