“Jesus Christ became poor although he was rich so that by his poverty you might become rich.” (2 Corinthians 8:9) 

By putting on our humanity Lord, You understand our struggles. You know our daily troubles, temptations, and glories. As we make our way through this day, lift us up to You, so that by Your pouring out of Yourself, we can be made more like You. Amen.
