“He said to her, ‘Your sins are forgiven.’ The others at table said to themselves, ‘Who is this who even forgives sins?’ But he said to the woman, ‘Your faith has saved you; go in peace.’” (Luke 7:48-50) 

 Christ Jesus, You gave Your Church the marvel of the Sacrament of Reconciliation. The mark of faith is a humble reliance on You and Your forgiveness. Give us the courage and humility to make frequent use of the Sacrament, Lord. Amen.
