“In all circumstances, give thanks, for this is the will of God for you in Christ Jesus.” (John 8:12) 

Lord God, sometimes the only thing for us to do is simply praise You and give You thanks. Thank You for all the good things in our lives, our food, family, clothes, and everything else. Thank You even for the bad things, these opportunities for us to grow in virtue and in love. We love You with all our hearts, Lord, thank You. Amen.
