Set your Goals: Family Reflection Video

Strengthening family unity  |  Celebrating family life

Recently,  along with Fr. Jim, I was in Peru, having a strategic planning implementation meeting for around 40 Holy Cross Family Ministries Team members from 5 different countries in Latin America.

Our focus was to refocus on our mission of “helping families pray’ and to introduce the goals of Holy Cross Family Ministries to all the team members. The strategic plan that we have developed was brought to light through training sessions for everyone present. It was like placing a lamp on a lamp stand. As we mapped our goals, put them in front of us, and prayed over them, new prototypes emerged. We had our own plans, but through this process, we saw God’s plan for us more clearly.

The clearer our goals are, the more likely we are to achieve them. The less clear our goals are, the less likely we are to achieve themThe failure to keep focus on our goals will lead to further diversion from the goals. Failure to keep our goals in front of us will lead to loss of God-given gifts.

Sit as a family and discuss your goals and map out a way to achieve them together.
