Whoever Keeps My Word Will Never Taste Death: Family Reflection Video

Celebrating family life  |  Seasonal Reflections

Hold on to your forks, the best is yet to come.

We are just one week from Holy Thursday, the beginning of the three most impressive days of the whole year. During this anticipated time, we are asked to recall that we are members of Jesus’ family. And to honor this, we’re invited to take special time to encounter Him.

How can you and your family set aside time to encounter Jesus during this upcoming Holy Week? Will you attend an extra mass, go to adoration or confession? Or will you go out of your way to show others who Jesus is through your own actions?

Jesus assures us we will live forever if we keep his word and that the best is yet to come; eternity with the Living God. Remember, especially this week, how wonderful our family of faith is and participate to the fullest!

Pray together with family or friends:

Lord Jesus,

give us the strength to always believe

that your word will lead us to salvation.

Help us to always be courageous

and preach the truth of your message,

even when it is inconvenient.

Amen.
