Come to Me and You Will Not Thirst: Family Reflection Video

Come to Me and You Will Not Thirst: Family Reflection Video

Love thy Neighbor  |  Holy lives of inspiration

In a world looking for signs, I can tell you I have seen plenty.

We listen today as the crowd who walked alongside Jesus on earth called for a sign to prove he was who he said. It was not enough to hear or be blessed by miracles of God, people wanted to see it with their own eyes. I can only speak of my own experiences, but I find it clear that God’s miracles are at work all the time.

Last week, we had a funeral for a priest who was such an embodiment of Christ’s teaching, that hundreds of people came from far and wide to pay their respects. He lived in what my ministry calls humble, hungry, and smart, meaning he worked for God’s esteem above all else and was so knowledgeable, but always learning. If we employ even a small amount of work and prayer in our lives, we will recognize Jesus in all the world around us.

Do we know the Lord? Are you looking for a sign and ignoring what God sends? How has He interceded for you lately?

Lord, bless those who ask for a sign and gran them peace in your name. Amen.
