Family Reflection Video: Be Rich in What Matters to God

inspiration  |  saints

What would you say is the richest part of your life? Are you bogged down with lots of stuff? Or do you spend your time on things and people that matter most?

Today we reflect on letting go of earthly goods in order to focus on being rich in our faith.

While possessions are important, seek to be rich in what truly matters to God. Let’s follow the example that Saint Ignatius of Antioch gave us … to live by faith in the Son of God rather than being grounded by earthly inheritance.

During your evening family prayers, reflect together on how to pursue your heavenly inheritance and leave your possessions behind.

Remembering you and your family in my prayers. The family that prays together stays together!
