Family Reflection Video: God Provides Fitting Help for Us

Would you help a dead man walking? Or have you already forgotten what he’s done for you?

Don’t forget that God provides help for us in many forms. He hears our cries, rescues us from distress, keeps the brokenhearted close, and forgives us of any guilt weighing us down. He’s there with us every step of the way.

As you continue your journey this Lenten Season, share with your family how thankful you are to know that God is always with you … no matter the situation. How have you experienced God’s fitting help for you?

Father Leo Polselli, C.S.C. is Chaplain at the Father Peyton Center in Easton, MA. Before coming to Holy Cross Family Ministries he served as a teacher and a parish priest. He also served for six years as a General Assistant of the Congregation in Rome, Italy. Originally from Fall River, MA, Father Leo grew up with eight siblings. Gifted with several languages, he is able to serve the Brazilian, Cape Verdean, Portuguese, Spanish and Haitian communities. When he's not greeting everyone who comes to the Father Peyton Center, you can find him regularly reading newspapers!
