Have you ever heard the expression “the best laid plans...?” We all know even our most prepared plans can change. But God’s plan and design for us, if followed, will lead us to fulfillment and peace!
God’s design and plan invites us to embrace the words and actions of Jesus. In our lives there will be times of suffering, contentment, joy, serenity, fulfillment … and yes, it will lead to eternal life. The plan of the Lord stands forever.
When you’re gathered with your family talk about how each of you make plans in your life. Are they your plans or God’s? Then, turn the conversation to how you each recognize God’s plan. How do you know whether you’re working with it or against it?
