God has much more to offer us than what many of us are now enjoying.
God might be telling us through the prophet Haggai and the experience of St. Francis that our present day church needs rebuilding.
I believe we can all agree that it needs to be re-energized with more families, men, women and children. The prophet tells us today that working on a house for the Lord will not only bring us satisfaction, but it will also give pleasure and glory to God.
