Rejoice! Rejoice in the Light of Jesus! I recently heard a story about a young man finding the Light of Christ and how its powerful effect changed his life.
The Light that Jesus became for us dispels the darkness of our world and leads us to goodness. We have all fallen, failed and sinned, but we keep striving for unwavering faith, the willingness to fight the good battle, and the authentic and energetic lifting-up of others.
When you have time with your family, discuss what it’s like to have the Light of Christ shine through your hearts. Have you consistently been Christ-like in your talk and more importantly, Christ-like in your walk? How can your words and actions reflect God’s deep love for the world?
May the Light of Christ who has come into our world shine into your own home and encourage each of your family members to rejoice in His name. God bless you.
