Family Reflection Video: The Healing Touch of Jesus

Family Reflection Video: The Healing Touch of Jesus

service  |  faithfulness

Are you or someone you love hurting and seeking help? Today we hear the cries of the suffering, feel the compassion of Jesus, and witness His unending mercy.

In today’s Gospel, Mark 5:21-43, we hear how Jesus mercifully shows compassion and closeness to those who were suffering. This example of Christ lives on in men and women, just like you and I, who continue to serve and reach out to those in need.

Together with compassionate hearts and our eyes fixed on Jesus, we can embrace the dream Christ had for the world: peace achieved through humility, not power.

Ask your family if you are all fixing your eyes on Jesus? Not doing so could make us forget who we are and whose we are. How can you each be a source of comfort and companionship to those who need help? Share your ideas in the comments below!

Thank you for spending some time with us today. We appreciate your support and continue to pray for you and your family.
