God Sends Angels to Help Us: Family Reflection Video

Who is your angel?

Jesus, thank you for the persons who remind us of you. From time to time the Scriptures will speak of angels God sends to help us. Some of us may not always recognize them or even want to admit that they are there and yet we can all point to persons who we can look to for help and inspiration in times of doubt and despair.

How blessed we are to be surrounded by friends and relatives that God puts in our path, angels who support us in times of despair and doubt, men and women who have taken to heart the commandment that Jesus spoke of today to love our neighbor as ourselves. Thank you Jesus for the angels you send us who constantly remind us of you. May we remember them and may our family prayer today be one of gratitude for each one of them.

Father Leo Polselli, C.S.C. is Chaplain at the Father Peyton Center in Easton, MA. Before coming to Holy Cross Family Ministries he served as a teacher and a parish priest. He also served for six years as a General Assistant of the Congregation in Rome, Italy. Originally from Fall River, MA, Father Leo grew up with eight siblings. Gifted with several languages, he is able to serve the Brazilian, Cape Verdean, Portuguese, Spanish and Haitian communities. When he's not greeting everyone who comes to the Father Peyton Center, you can find him regularly reading newspapers!
