Jesus: A Bridge Over Troubled Waters: Family Reflection Video

Why pray?  |  Strengthening family unity

What kind of person is this?

When the storm comes and rocks the boat, the fishermen wake Jesus and ask Him to save them. As he calms the storm, they ask what kind of man is before them, that He can do such miraculous things.

This reality exists for a lot of people today. Our lives are tossed about by storms, life, disasters, and more, and we turn to Jesus for help. Yet, there are many who do not know what kind of man He is, that we can always reach out to him and He will be there for us. We may think Jesus is sleeping during our times of trouble, but He is always beside us. We put our confidence in Him.

Do we ask what kind of person Jesus is? What do we think of Him? How do we think of our faith through Him?

Lord, help our families to be strong in faith!
