What is God’s Plan for You? Family Reflection Video

Strengthening family unity  |  Seasonal Reflections

Angels are announcing that all will be well … all will be well! Advent provides us with hope.

Our lives will sometimes be filled with uncertainty … with the pain of loss or feelings of abandonment … but God has a plan for each one of us.

We sometimes try to resist what God’s plan is for us and choose not to act because it might change our plans, or make us confront something difficult or unpleasant. We might find it difficult to trust; to truly believe that God will be there for us.

This is why the season of Advent is so important for us and our families. It is a season of hope. As a family, talk about the great wonders God has accomplished in your lives. Were you aware of God’s presence at the time? Was the outcome even better than you had hoped for?

I pray for you today … that you will allow God to be the master builder and the architect of his plan for your life. Blessed Advent, faithful readers!
