Have you ever thought about your faith journey and who has helped you along the way? Today I want to share stories about two spiritual role models from my own life; those people who radiated faith and inspired me to do the same.
Just like Timothy and Titus, it was my grandmother and mother who instilled a deep sense of faith within me. They taught me there could be an exchange of love between two people without the use of words … communicated with only a smile. They showed me how to bear hardship with strength that comes from God.
God has gifted us these role models and in turn, they gift us by their example. How have spiritual role models in your life passed down their faith to you? Talk about your faith journey with your family. Who inspired you and guided you by their example? These people might not even know the important part they played in your life. Thank them if you can … and always thank God for them.

Lord,
thank you for providing us
strong examples of faith-filled people.
They are the lamps on stands everywhere,
guiding us on our way.
