Prayer Resources
Here are a few examples of what you will find when you sign up to pray with Family Rosary throughout Lent. Each day, we'll be focusing on just one mystery of the Rosary. Pray only that one decade, or if time allows, after focusing on that day's mystery, complete the remaining mysteries of the Rosary. Saturday will recap the week, providing an opportunity to pray the entire Rosary in whichever method or approach you prefer.
Visio Divina
Display the image as you pray each mystery of the Rosary. Pray through all five, or use the image as the center of discussion and prayer for your family. Some days are easier than others to find time to pray together. However, there are great blessings for families who give even five minutes each day to God and to each other.
Lectio Divina
Lectio divina traditionally focuses on Scripture but can extend to liturgical texts or spiritual writings of Catholic tradition that faithfully echo God's Word, applying the same steps of reading, meditation, prayer, and contemplation. Ponder these words from Venerable Patrick Peyton; keep them in mind throughout the Rosary.
First Joyful Mystery: The Annunciation

Blessed Mother, teach our family to place our trust in the extravagant love of God the Father, and to respond to His love by saying "yes" to Him in our daily lives.
