Happy Valentine’s Day – Saint Valentine’s Day! In Latin America today is very often called Día de la Amistad, Friendship Day. Happy Friendship Day! I like that. It broadens the sense of the day so it is not some superficial romantic celebration … or a market ploy to sell chocolates!

Their hearts were hardened. This still happens to the best of us. They did not understand the incident of the loaves. Jesus fed 5,000 people and many of his closest followers questioned his ability to do such a thing.
